Every runner is unique.  As a coach, my goal is to create a personalized training plan based on your fitness level, your lifestyle and time commitments, and your goals.  Whether you are just starting your running journey, looking to get in shape, trying to juggle fitness and life, or a seasoned runner ready for the next challenge, I have a plan just for you.

There is an art and science to creating an effective training plan.  Plans are designed in a periodized program that incorporates:

On Line Coaching -$100 per 4 week cycle

  • “Getting Started” Consultation via in person (if local), phone, or Skype
  • Health and Exercise Evaluation
  • Personalized training plan based on your fitness level, life schedule, and goals
  • Detailed workout plans to optimize performance and recovery
  • Monitoring and adjusting of plans as needed
  • Race day preparation
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Injury advice and training modification if needed
  • 24/7 unlimited communication with coach
  • Accountability via athlete check-ins
  • Tips for overall training, health, and life balance
  • Ongoing support and motivation

One on One Coaching -$50/hr

  • Workout tailored to you goal
  • Coach runs with you and paces the workout
  • Stretches, drills, and strength exercises
  • Running form analysis
  • In person motivation, guidance, and tips
