Afterschool Program

- Weekly training sessions at participating schools
- Sessions are broken into 3 or 4 training periods per year
- At home training plan included
- Runners can participate as a team in our feature races
- Tips for overall training, health, and life balance
- Ongoing support and motivation
One-on-One Coaching
$50per hour
- FREE “Getting Started” Consultation via in person (if local), phone, or Skype
- Coach runs with you and paces the workout
- Stretches, drills, and strength exercises
- Running form analysis
- In person motivation, guidance, and tips
